3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable (unless the order was incorrect or defective).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@shopbyagnes.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
